Walking Alone

Wake up calls for kids and teens and people walking alone.

Are you a potential target?   Think about it.  Are you paying attention to your surroundings,

Looking around (the light house walk)

Are you listening, that means you are walking with no ear buds  or one if you have to compromise your safety.

I have no idea what circumstances led to the girl in San Jose being hit behind the ear by a man with a stun gun.  She was able to kick and scream to keep going with him.

Being aware of your surroundings is a huge part of staying safe.
